1) Eligibility (17+)
The Service is intended for individuals aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and capable of entering into these Terms.
2) The Service
Korona transforms your fashion accessory moments into a captivating visual diary. You can capture photos and notes, organize them in a timeline, and build a personal inspiration library. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
3) Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
4) Your content
You retain ownership of photos, notes, and other content you submit, upload, store, or generate using the Service ("User Content").
License to operate the Service. You grant Korona a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and maintain the Service and to fulfill your requests (for example, saving your timeline, syncing across devices if available, and generating outputs you initiate).
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5) Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not infringe or violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
- Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service’s normal operation.
6) Optional automated/AI-assisted features
If the Service offers optional automated processing (including AI-assisted organization or generation), you control whether to use it. You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates these Terms.
7) Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Korona or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, Korona reserves all rights.
8) Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Korona the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
9) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or our rights.
11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORONA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORONA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
13) Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Korona from and against claims arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Korona Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
15) Dispute resolution and arbitration
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, on an individual basis and not as a class action.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at dyapcvex216541@outlook.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within a reasonable time, either party may initiate arbitration with a mutually agreed arbitration provider and rules. If the parties cannot agree, the arbitration will be administered by a reputable arbitration institution and conducted in English.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17) Miscellaneous
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Korona regarding the Service.
